Great new gym. Clean equipment in a wide variety. Personal training options or just open gym. It was my first time and I was just dropping in for a $10 day fee, felt super comfortable and got a great work out in. Highly recommend ?

A great local 24 hour gym, something Grass Valley really needed! The gym comes equipped with everything you could want and even has a wellness room! The sauna and cold plunge is a great plus.

It’s very clean and all of the GYM equipment is new. It’s a little different from what I’m used to using. But to me it’s great because I’m focused on getting better results. Great GYM

CW Elite Fitness is where it's at. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and has members of all ages. The equipment is mostly all brand new and has a little bit of everything to offer. If you're in the Grass Valley area you should definitely come give it a try!
