I should of listened to my gut the first time I met Dr. Chu and went somewhere else. She ordered a bunch of test and ran up a big bill for me and now that I can't afford to go see her my prescriptions aren't getting filled and off all my meds. The whole experience with her was a disaster and I recommend not to see her. The rest of the staff is nice.

I’ve been to their ER twice and have had horrible experiences. I felt I wasn’t listened to, symptoms weren’t properly treated, and felt their goal was just to give the simplest, “traditional” treatment rather than a treatment to match the very painful situation I was in. I’ll still have to pay the copay for the visit even though I was treated with the same medications I had taken previously that day. I’ve had the same awful experience happen twice now and in the future I will be driving out of town to a different hospital if I ever find myself needing emergency care again. I will never go back.

Horrible urgent care. My son suffered for days with the wrong diagnosis, which meant treatment was useless. We advocated for him to receive antibiotic drops feeling diagnosis didn't align with symptoms. Still refused to treat appropriately. Called back a few days later as his symptoms had gotten worse. They still refused to treat eye infection with antibiotic drops. I will be using a virtual provider next time. Thankfully, his pediatrican back home, as we were on vacation, ordered antibiotic drops and his symptoms were almost gone after one day of treatment. You guys can count this as a 72hr return, because you were ineffective. Patient outcomes matter.

I was looking to get my kids a seasonal vaccine before Thanksgiving. Their usual primary clinic wasn't able to get them in before then. I was happy to call Crossing Rivers to see if they had any available for a week before Thanksgiving and they did. I asked If I could make an appointment and they were happy to do that. Two days pass and it's vaccination day. I pull my kids out of school, psych them up to get their shots, and head to the clinic for their nurse only appointment. Once there, we were taken to our room. Then a lady named "Char" comes in and rudely explains (even had to throw in that she's not trying to be nasty) that since they aren't primary patients there, they can't get the vaccine. Tense interrogation continues formore than 5 minutes about why I'm even there, before we leave. While waiting for a school note, she is behind a door marked "lab" loudly talking about us to a guy in the room. I have never in my life been treated so horribly at any clinic. The interrogation was intense. Why couldn't anyone call me in the previous hours before the appointment and say they won't be able to do it since they aren't their PCP? They had to wait until we get there to treat us like garbage? I left humiliated. So much for care with "Joy, Compassion, and excellence". What I experienced today was the complete opposite. I will never, at any point, use Crossing Rivers for anything other than emergency/urgent care. Even then, I'll have to decide if it can wait 60 miles.
Worst clinic experience in my 40 years by far!

I echo Misty's review 100%!! My very first trip to an ER ever and everyone was fantastic. I was in a lot of pain and everyone tried so hard to not make it worse. I was admitted for the night and was extremely well attended to. Ice packs and warm blankets whenever I needed one and even when I didn't think I needed one. I'm going back tomorrow for surgery, I really like my ortho surgeon and my surgical nurse - I have complete confidence in the team and the hospital.

My son was seen here December 2017 and received poor care. We had to follow up with another doctor and go somewhere else. Then we receive a $600 bill for follow up with a better equipped doctor and hospital. Never will I use this lousy place even in the event of an emergency.

Terrible experience. Was seen for transgender care back on july 3rd to start hormone therapy and was completly blown off. I'm STILL waiting to be called for a follow up appointment to actually start a month later. When I called to see when that appointment would be I was told to wait for a call from the dr because my dr was very busy. The doctor ignored what I had to say during the appointment and I ended up having a small breakdown in the parking lot after. I filled out the after visit survey and havnt received a response on that. This hospital obviously doesnt care about there paintents or at least not me. Save your time if your transgender and go to another dr. This one is NOT transgender friendly.
