The ER is a joke!! Dr. Benjamin was wonderful, God bless him the only Dr. working the whole ER!!! However, I just don’t understand just level of rudeness, and utter lack of care from the nurses working there!!! Both my sisters are nurses, and they would never treat any patient with the utmost lack of caring and straight up disrespect, that was received by myself !!! If you don’t like caring for sick patients , then find another job!! That’s what you signed up for!!! The nurses at the front desk when you first check in were kind and helpful!! The ones in the actual ER were rude and unprofessional!!!! I was told I couldn’t have another blanket because, they wouldn’t get any more till the next day by my nurse, I was freezing due to my condition!! Unfortunately, that is the closest hospital near me or I would never go there!!!! I have never felt so uncared for in my life, get it together Crisp Regional!!! And get some nurses that actually are there to help people, instead of collecting a check!!!

The check in process was quick and smooth. All of the staff were pleasant but I don't feel like I got the medical attention from Dr. Sonntag that I deserved. I was told I did not have a fractured rib but when I got the report the next day it was indeed fractured.

I came to check on my step dad in the ER! They called the back and asked if he could have visitors been sitting here 30 mins. ! I am not asking to go upstairs after hours ! I'm in the EMERGENCY ROOM !!!!! I would not bring my family member here i won't ever bring any of my family here ever again.! Like how dare you make me sit 30 minutes to know if I can go sit with my family. ! I wouldn't even give 1 star but to write a review it made me. Not even worth a star !

The doctor was great but I was disappointed in my room. I brought my 8 month old son in to be be seen and upon walking in the room trash was all over the floor, bloody Multi-Trauma Dressing & the bed cover was nasty.Blood spot even on the remote!! After getting the nurse she picked it up & I asked have the room
been sanitized? she say yes. I asked how with stuff everywhere and she responds it has been cleaned I promise!! With Covid the flu & rsv and other diseases etc going around I was very concerned and uncomfortable for my child. I wasn’t able to get the first picture but the one I upload was other items left in the room as well!!! This is not safe-clean nor professional! Even with adults being in the room. It’s the principle not the point.

Dr. Friedlander has a terrible attitude towards patients. He shows no compassion or concern. He continued to cut me off while I'm explaining my issues. He's just plain out rude. He said what he had to say and walked out of the triage room referring me to Urgent Care when I repeatedly told him the Urgent Care cannot administer the meds I need to resolve the issue I was having. "Well there's nothing I can do, triage her out to Urgent Care" and walked off...when clearly he could see the history of my visits and see the treatments they have been providing me. I have never been treated like that by any Dr. and it really upsets me because I have much respect for people in the medical field.

Dr Lewis Friedlander MD was amazing, he not only took care of the injury, he went above and beyond to get done what truly needed to be done! He showed real concern and made sure we understood how important follow-up was for this type of injury. The staff, was also just as wonderful, they were kind and caring.

We were very blessed to have a staff that was sooooo wonderfully knowledgeable & to be only 20 minutes away. Had we chose to continue South 2 hrs to the next hospital on our journey home instead of backtracking for 20 minutes my fiancé would have lost her hand.

Terrible. I have schizophrenia and mental issues like panic attacks ... They never came back in the room! The nurse said she was SCARED of us!!! LMFAO! Grievance time! Go somewhere else people seriously!!!!

Finally back home from the hospital for the 2nd time/2nd day in a row! Still no answers and the same condition! Crisp regional do one test and send you home with some pain meds to cover up the pain and a healthy bill! Well I’ll say some of their doctors! If one test don’t reveal anything then run some more! They will absolutely leave you for dead! And that Benjamin want to be doctor in the ER is beyond sorry and has no heart for the patients! I knew from the moment he walked in my room that he didn’t care at all! He barely even listened to my complaints. He didn’t even look at my chart or records before entering the room. He didn’t even pay attention to the fact I had been there last night! He ordered the same exact test & Doped me up on some morphine so I wouldn’t feel anything instead of going above and beyond to make sure I was good and didn’t have to return for the 3rd time. Then after I told him I just had the test his response is well you don’t have to get it if you don’t want to and walked out! It took my nurse Mr. Mickey which I will say he was great and did all he could to make me comfortable which he should’ve been the doctor but anyway it took him coming in the room and explaining why it would benefit me to have the test redone! I was sent home with more pain meds and instructions to go see my doctor! My doctor was the one who sent me to the hospital yesterday! It should’ve been I didn’t see anything so let me contact your doctor or the on call doctor and see if he wants to order some more test and maybe admitt you so we can take care of you and see what’s the problem since you’re back for the 2nd time and in severe pain! If I ever go back that’s one pathetic heartless want to be doctor that will never have to worry about seeing me again! Yes I walked out painless due to meds but that won’t last forever! This is only half! I promise the CEO IS GOING TO HEAR FROM ME MONDAY! I’m sorry but one bad team member can mess it up for the entire facility! Crisp regional really needs to evaluate their staff!
