I have been a client with Creative Counseling for 4 years now and highly recommend this location and specifically Pam Rich to anyone looking for a solid, understanding, compassionate and kindhearted counselor. Pam not only GENUINLY cares bout her clients but has proven time and time again to go above and beyond the line of duty. This office location has a great team and has always been readily available with a positive attitude to assist in any way they can. Shannon has been amazing as well in assisting me when Pam isn't available immediately. Thank you to the both of you for your help and everything you have and still do for me!

Everyone at creative counseling is amazing, the way they care for your treatment is awesome. The support and understanding is above and beyond and I will always choose them for my treatments! I have been receiving counseling at CCS for 21 months now. The pathways CCS has opened up for my healing process has made the difference. The continual support and insights have given me the tools to build a sustainable course on which to rebuild my life.
The person who has guided me in this process is Pam Rich. I am truly blessed by the gifts she brings to this process. She has an amazing balance of wisdom, intellect, compassion, empathy...and sense of humor which combines to keep me in my toes. I have enjoyed Pam so much, and most importantly been able to trust in the perspective and support she provides--every single time we meet.

My start was a little rocky with this organization but the office staff made some changes and I had a positive experience for the remainder of my classes. I would highly recommend getting into Lisa’s group. She has a great understanding in relapse prevention and she allows you to be who you are.

They are the worst. They will tell your probation officer as many lies as possible to upsell all there scammy services to you. Do not trust this place for dui treatment !
