You get what you pay for from a local, low budget community place. No patience for even a 5 year old to teach basic, first time ballet. Only looking for the local "star" to praise upon. Soon discovered instructor was even the director of dance. Don't offer classes for little kids if you don't want to actually teach them for the first time.
