The experience with this office was an absolute nightmare for me and my husband. Dr. Chandra Williams has a disgusting attitude every time she gets on zoom call with you and just makes you feel like a burden for even having to talk to you. Today when I mentioned something about my dosage (controlled substance) she flipped out and went straight to assuming and accusing me of abusing my medicine when all I was trying to do was let her know how I was feeling! We kept talking over each other and she just ended the appt and disconnected the phone without letting me know ANYTHING. Ofcourse she told every one i was being disrespectful and this and that, and of course all of the staff will and did believe her! So she took me off all of my medicine which is completely and ridiculously dangerous, and they banned me from the office. The front office lady (she says she is the director) Toni, was being rude to me as well and they only kept talking about how I was acting when really we should have been talking about my medicine and the next steps for me to take since they banned me from going there. They were all being mean as well so it was very hypocritical of them. They did the same exact thing to my husband, had a disgusting attitude with him because he was working when the appt started, he mentioned something about a certain medicine and she got disrespectful with him and disconnected his appt too with no answers! When I asked what am I supposed to do since I'm basically having to cold turkey my medicine now, I was told "that is what emergency rooms are for" if I could give this place a negative ten stars I would. These people are rude and do not care about their patients. They discriminate you if you talk about medicine and dosages they don't agree with and they will make you feel horrible. As a patient, I shouldnt be left with no medicine, no direction or guidance on what to do now and I shouldnt be upset, angry, crying, or anything. Very unprofessional and it's very upsetting how they have treated me and my husband. Please don't waste your time going here unless you want to be made to feel like you're a nothing!

I wanted to like this place but they continuously drop the ball and on Fridays during their business hours they never answer the phone. Go else where. The 2nd star is because the doctor visit was a good experience.
