I've never met individuals who had a job helping people but despised helping people so much. The attitudes from the staff just are horrendous. They make you feel awful just for coming in and asking a question, or if you have an issue your trying to get sorted, or really ANYTHING that requires them to have to do a single thing at all. They will make you feel stupid when your talking to them if your asking a question. You know, the highlight of my day isn't coming in either but yall could at least try making it bearable for the community. For many of us the benefits we receive is how we get by and survive and yall will have things on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, have us running in circles, etc etc.

I completed a renewal with a case worker at this office. I provide my new address. Everything was an approved. A month later I received a letter stating my Medicaid will be terminated on aug 1st due to them not knowing my whereabouts. The case worker at this office enter my address in the system incorrectly resulting in them terminated my Medicaid. Now they want me to reapply and that can take 3 months. I’ve been calling this number, caseworker and her supervisor for 2 months now. No one have reach out to me. I shouldn’t be penalized for your caseworker mistake. I’ve called 1877 number and they stated she have to be the one correct it or reapply. She’s not answering. It’s took her two months just to called to do my renewal for food stamps. They never answer the phone or call back

Came to get my insurance straightened out. They had me listed three times. New government premium payment laws are killing me. Anyway, the officer was nice and the front desk woman was nice. Unfortunately they only help you with paperwork. Still got to call the 1800 number to speak with a caseworker. But help with paperwork is Monday thru Friday 9 to 11am. Gave four Stars for the politeness of the ones who worked on the day I visited. Just wish I could have gotten everything resolved that day

If I could do zero stars I would. Didnt have a problem before 2020 nor did I really have a problem during 2020 but the last couple years or less every case worker of mine has been late with starting my renewal. No fault of mine. Everything is still the same and everything is submitted the day I received my renewal notice or the next day of receiving renewal online paper work. But God forbid if you are late submitting your paper work your case will be closed but it's okay for the case workers to be a week late or more. With 4 kids and working it's very hard and stressful to keep up with people who can't do their job on time let alone they can't keep in touch with you.

The state of Georgia makes a mistake in having the window assistant for community service. If they don't have a response to such ineptitude of staff and management, at least they have a kind person to serve the needy and urgent public.

They won’t answer the phone, it won’t even ring anymore. You can’t leave a voice mail. Their supervisor won’t even answer or return calls. They say they’re open but no one works at the office anymore. The doors are locked. They had a notice on the window saying due to covid all services will be offered online, everywhere else is open though. They simply just don’t want to deal with people or the mess they’ve made, it’s laughable. Why are these people even paid with our tax dollars They closed my benefits for “missing the interview”. I did not get a call.. Said I had till the end of the month to schedule another appointment. Well how am I supposed to do that when y’all won’t answer and you’re doors are also locked? So they closed my case 10 days before they were supposed to. This is just sick and needs to be reported to a news network or something to call them out.

I had until the end of the month to upload needed documents, which was done. I have called my caseworker to advise...BUT I AM GETTING A VERIZON DISCONNECTED MESSAGE!? This is the same number listed on my mailed notifications. I've called the main number as well. Now my case is closed and I feel so helpless.

I would give zero stars if it was a option. Yes I got approved for my stamps but denied for my son to be on there I forgot to put his ssn n I've been uploading it for the longest and trying to call to get them to put it in NO ANSWER. OFFICE IS CLOSED NO EMAIL NO ANSWER! WHATS THE POINT ? HOW DO WE GET IN CONTACT WITH Y'ALL WHEN Y'ALL DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE NOR LOOK AT WHATS BEING UPLOADED. I EVEN UPLOADED UNDER Identification !!
