The greens are absolutely terrible, and this place has gone downhill. At the turn after the 9th, I stopped by the pro shop to grab some refreshments but the door was locked and no one was to be seen anywhere. Mind you, it’s 2:35pm on a Friday. I should’ve paid way less for this course. Don’t bother coming.

Terrible course that continues to go from bad to worse. Tee boxes are dirt. Greens are rough and in poor shape. Cart paths are absolutely horrible....not recommended for folks with bad backs! Certainly won't play there again.

If you like golf, then don't go here. If you're a beginner, then still don't come. If you like playing courses that are on the verge of shutting the doors, then maybe this is the course for you!
10/10 will never be back. Used to be a great course, not sure what happened, but if I paid to live in a golf community I'd be upset.

Greens are in great shape. Fairways are decent. Some rough spots. Newer carts are good too. However, the lack of a marshal led to excruciating pace of play. Had to skip multiple groups and still too almost 5 hours for 18. Fix the pace of play and I’d play here every weekend.

Played in June 2024. The recent lack of rain left the fairways really dry and fast. The defining characteristics of this course are elevation changes and blind shots, which was fun initially as a change from most courses. After several holes, the novelty wore off. We hit several really good tee shots that the hard pan fairways didn’t hold and we never found due to blind doglegs and downhill/sloping fairways. Do yourself a favor and drive out on the fairway if you’re not sure of the terrain. The greens were well watered (and slow.) The bunkers were in rough shape. The green fees are inexpensive … like most things, you get what you pay for in this case.

I played the full course a few weeks ago and the place has seen better days. Driving on the cart paths is basically off roading with how uneven and uprooted the path is. The greens were invested with weeds, scalded from the sun, and scared from the mowers. The fairway height was extremely high and the rough was like a forest.

Considering the price, I'm not going to return to play.

Greens were top notch. Rolled true and held a good shot. Tee boxes definitely need some work and fairways are rough in places. Probably on par w the Invited courses down in Newnan too. I would play there again though. Price is cheap for this golfing economy.
