Called to inquire about iv therapy. Rep sounded very “ not there” I had to say “ hello” multiple times. She told me it was $150 out of pocket for iv therapy with or without insurance lol. Now does that make sense ? It’s a big NO for me

THE OWNER is a liar and she act like she care about you and the mistakes that they make in her facility but she really don’t care ! They are so unprofessional and ghetto at this facility ! They have students in there that DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALLLLLLLLLLL !!! You can’t trust them at all ! They do things wrong and it delays a lot of things !! They won’t even calll back email you apologize just nothing !!! whenever you call them they can’t even assist you because they don’t know what to do so why have them there DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY!!!!!!!

My previous doctor referred me to this clinic since I’ve been sick. I made an appointment online and called to confirm. I had to wait on hold half an hour just to get confirmation. Then when I signed in I was told they did not accept my insurance which is a ppo. I mention that I was referred and the doctor still wanted to charge me three times my normal copay. My insurance is accepted at Emory and piedmont but isn’t good enough for this basic clinic in the middle of nowhere. The nurse told me if I was really sick I should just go to the hospital.

I come here about once a month or so for med refills and general check ups and these people are amazing. They have a way of making it feel calm and relaxing all while having that “small town” feel. Everyone’s so polite and the doctor genuinely cares about how you feel physically and mentally. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m more than good before I step out of those doors.
