Selma is just a darling! She doesn’t take notes to my knowledge but seems to remember everything that we talk about, factoring in old conversations into new conversations and considerations. Selma is also very open to listening/addressing new concerns with no judgement. For example, I was nervous to talk about my attention deficit because I put it on the back burner while primarily addressing my depression/anxiety. As I said, she factored in old conversations we had and was able to see what I see after talking things through. She made a suggestion based on my present situation and goals while kindly presenting concerns, which I very much appreciated. Of course, Selma is always very professional and clearly knows what she is talking about. I highly recommend supporting yourself and Selma’s practice by at least setting up a consultation and seeing if she’d be a good fit!!

Horrible experience, she just sat and looked at me no real feed back and rescheduled my appt twice then I received a call that they were shutting down their business so unless they just changed their name I wouldn’t recommend this place ….
