Its been about 2 years that our business has been using ConnectPay. I was a bit skeptical when my CPA decide to use this out source company. I can say it has been such a pleasant transition. My payroll specialist has been Haley and she has been such a delight to work with. Haley is prompt to get back with me with any questions i might have by phone or email. Their portal is so easy to use. With out doubt its been a great company.

I have known Melissa for many, many years as she was my rep at a prior payroll company. After Melissa left we just did not get the best quality of service. So, I was on a quest to find Melissa. ConnectPay is a great company, but I cannot express how awesome Melissa Reinhart, the Senior Payroll Specialist is!!! She literally is ALWAYS willing to help, no matter what the situation is. She ALWAYS has a smile on (you can hear it through the phone!), and her happiness is contagious. I don't think it's possible for her to have a bad day. At least she doesn't show it, and I love that about her!

Today I was frustrated I wasn't understanding the taxes that are paid out of payroll, and I asked her if she could explain where the taxes go and how I can view them from the government side. She was very happy to help me, because she wanted me to learn. You could tell that she cared about me learning from her and wanted to HELP. Something that is so rare to find anymore these days.

Get this - she stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours and 14 minutes, walking me through every deduction and payment, on every website (IRS, Colorado Dept. of Revenue, ConnectPay reports, My FAMLI, and My UI Unemployment.) Most people would've been so annoyed that I was needing that level of service, but she was thrilled to do so. I'm just absolutely blown away by the vast amount of time she gave me, and the level of customer service she provided to me.

When I say Melissa went above and beyond, I quite literally mean she went above and beyond, and not just today, but always. Even her emails are so happy! I've attached her email reply to me when I asked where I can leave her a review, after she helped me for 2 Hours and 14 Minutes today!!! She truly is an asset to ConnectPay. I appreciate her helping me and my business more than you know 🙂
