The Concierge Psychology model is just phenomenal. They limit their case loads so you can literally be seen within a day or two of calling, and rescheduling is a breeze. If they are starting to become too busy, they stop accepting clients so that their existing clients don’t suffer a decrease is service level or access. Plus, the office is gorgeous!
