It’s a small, cozy gym. The membership is great, and I love that I can use the gym anytime I want to. It definitely could use some new equipment.

When I first started in the gym, this was the place I went too. Tom the owner is great and the people who go there are amazing. I made so many new friends! Lost 100 lbs while attending this gym. Cant wait to be back at it again!💪
