Tried to contact them to ask what type of services they provide and a lady answer the phone as if it was her home phone, "Hello?" and before I could say anything she hung up on me! I called back and it rang forever before she finally answered again, only this time she pretended she couldn't hear me. This is extremely discerning and it's instances such as these as to why people with REAL problems don't ever reach out again. It's having a good level of professionalism and understanding ethics. This is a line of work where customer service must be at its peak, because you may be the last folks they reach out to. In a nut shell, if you don't like your job then do us all a favor and give your job up to someone who wants it and wants to help.
