It has been a month since I turned my paperwork in. One of my reasons for needing a psychologist involves my Mom being murdered and the PTSD I am living with. If this is how they show they really want to help, I'd rather post a review and warn others to STAY AWAY!

I submitted new patient paperwork in early April and nearly two months later I have yet to receive a call back from them. I’ve called them several times, only to get the ‘we will get back to you as soon as possible.’ Apparently they are so busy they can’t call people back, so I’ll just save you and them the trouble. I called another place and I have an appointment in less than a week.

Had a family emergency that required that I take my elderly mother to the airport immediately to be able to fly to see her sister who was likely about to die in the hospital. Reached out immediately during my family crisis to give as much notice as I was given, was told it was fine no worries. Then was billed $100 for a missed appointment. In previous instances of missed or late cancellations, I understood being charged for my negligence. But to know that I have as much notice as possible and that it was a terrifying, heart breaking reason from the get go, I think it’s audacious to charge me $100. I understand I signed paperwork, but this there is no concern for patients seen here. We are their paycheck. That is all. Disgusting practices for a place that claims to care about mental health. They should be ashamed.

The customer service was inadequate, they care more about billing you than making sure your appointment is scheduled correctly. On four separate occasions they cancelled or moved my appointment without successfully notifying me, despite multiple attempts to get them to use my new contact info. After I was finally fed up enough, I politely called and told my therapist I wouldn't be continuing because of their inability to keep appointments or notify me. And what do I get in the mail? A bill, for a missed session. No honor, no customer service, it's all about money to them, not improving themselves or how they run their business.

Someone I know called today to make an appointment to get help. She was asked what her insurance was and when she told them Peach State she was rudely told "not with that insurance." They need to contact Peach State and have their doctors removed from Peach State's providers list. I know someone else who desperately needed help about 10 years ago and the therapist kept falling asleep during their session. Needless to say they never went back.

When I first walked into Christian Brown's office saying I was a nervous mess would probably be an understatement! I was suffering anxiety, burnout, and horrible self image. Due to my irrational thinking I though my purpose in life was to please others that everyone and was better than me. I took every bad thing anyone had ever said to me to heart and feared their opinion of me. It was affecting every moment of my life. This kind, smart, and compassionate woman offered a very non-judgement ear and a different perspective on things. She gave me "homework" to help me realize what I needed to learn. She helped me understand (and control, yea baby, can't leave that out) my anxiety and how overthinking affects my anxiety. She has completely helped me change my views on myself and other, that in itself is remarkable! I last seen her in January, I wanted to give adequate time to make sure I can handle life without a helping hand before I posted. I love myself, probably for the first time ever and I am happy being who I am! Life is absolutely beautiful and I am forever grateful for Chris and her brilliance, it has completely changed my life!

I absolutely love Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris helped my husband and I to learn to communicate openly and honestly. She also helped both of us uncover other areas in our individual lives that we need to face, work and talk through. It has been two years and we still use the skills she taught us. She also met with my daughter and my daughter loves her just as much. She really gets you to think things through and improve your life skills.

I'm trying to get approved for the Bariatric Surgery and I've called over and over to see why haven't my records been released to my Surgeon, However this Doctor and or his staff are holding my records, because of an error on their behalf as to the reason why he have not been paid for the one billing code that was rejected, all because his staff did not obtain the correct documentation....!! Which they still have a chance to submit it, and they wont call me back to tell me whats going on. I have to keep calling them, The young ladies that I speak with keep saying I'll look into it and give you a call back at the end of the business day... This is so wrong on all levels . They're making me wait and other authorizations can possibly expire. Because of there negligence. They don't care about anything but getting paid and I'm just trying to get my surgery to help save my life, I will make sure I file a complaint..., you basically had my insurance to pay and didn't finish what you started and FYI the insurance company told me that they weren't suppose to make me wait on my records.. SHAME ON THIS STAFF, I feel like this Is Something Fraudulent going on here.......
