Nice facility overall. Went here for a swim meet. A little warmer than it probably needed to be in the water was a little bit colder than it likely should have been.

This facility is really nice! Went to see my grandson swim. Parents and grandparents must be on the second floor, but there is plenty of seating, good internet connections, and a food area to eat.. this place is clean and easy to find.

The workers there were rude specifically by the name of “Jackie or Marie” whichever she prefers.
Jackie informed the host that the adults that were swimming needed to pay. The host made it known to Jackie and other adults coming that she was paying for us to swim.

Instead of Jackie going to the host to get the payment, she came and pulled everyone out of the pool one by one (including the children).

Jackie specifically came up to me and told me I needed to get out of the pool and proceeded with the next question “how old are you?!” She didn’t know if I was an adult or a child prior to telling me to get out of the pool. She was rude and spoke unkindly to me and others at the party.

The water was also grimy and EXTREMELY COLD! The temp was supposed to be in the 80s but it wasn’t. Most of the children wouldn’t even stay in the pool because it was too cold! It was our first time there and DEFINITELY our last! I DO NOT recommend!

Very nice facility. If you are not a member call before you go. They don't make it easy for non members. $10 for a swim for non members, but considering the facilities is worth it.

Nice wifi and great air circulation. Long course for the 2022 Hurr Meet. Facility is clean and parking is convenient across the street. Plenty of stadium seating and also working tables for parents with laptop. Attached a panoramic pic of the pool for reference.

Facility is good, but not great for a swim meet. Very hot temps in stands. They only open one door for entry. All other doors are sealed. They need at least another set of doors opened for crowds to enter and exit.

Water was chilly. The snack area was closed. There's not much here. My grands enjoyed swimming, but if you do not allow snacks in the area, you at least need to sell them. I was disappointed because it's represented better online than when you get there.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Apparently it is a rule to ask permission to use the diving board. When my husband asked the head coordinator for permission. She was too busy "talking to her coworkers" to actually make sure there was enough lifeguards on duty.

By the way whenever we were there whenever walked in the pool itself you could see clouds of shock and sodium bicarbonate bellowing as you walked in the pool. My husband was a pool tech for years, and knowledgeable when it comes to balancing pool chemicals. We are very disappointed in our experience too bad this is one of the only public pools open in Columbus currently. If you are looking for an endeavor for a hot summer day do yourself a favor and skip this horrendous place.
