They have canceled and changed my appointments for my Lumbar Epidural multiple times. That's the only thing they do to help with the pain in my feet and legs. Their reasoning is normally the doctor has an appointment or his schedule has changed. Why schedule appointments if your going to call last minute and reschedule. It is absolutely ridiculous and has happened to me multiple times.

Been a patient of the pain clinic for 15 years. Been trying to fill my prescription of pain meds there is national shortage. Called pain clinic ask if could prescribe next lower or something different. Was told no the best thing I could do was get in my car and go town to town until I found them. Very uncaring and unprofessional. Times has changed since Dr V left

I love dr venu and his ability to want what's best for his patients. Everything is individualized care. I dislike the inability to get in touch with someone when you call n the wait time is horrible. But I'm happy with my care for the most part.
