I have made two trips to get trailer tags transferred. One person will tell you one thing and the next person will tell you something else is needed. They want to keep you coming back and they don’t care how inconvenient it is. Get on the same page people.

Went to get a tag and one lady gave me one price then just a month later another lady gave double the price. It's a shame that one wants 3% and the other one wants 7% get on the same page people.

Went to get my tag after I got off work at 4:30. Got there at 4:40. They were closed. Google says 5. Now I have to pay late fees because they don't have info right on Google.

I got here at 4:29, and the doors were locked, even though it says they close at 5. I suggested new hours but who knows if it'll actually get changed.

website says closes at 5.they all leave whenever they want on Friday and screw anyone else and their work schedule I would have just left work early if I knew they were going to leave early. Fix your website. And they will literally watch you knock on the door and ignore you and keep packing up. If you are going to leave early on Friday like many businesses do, please update your website to say so

The customer service at the tag office is awful. Most people that work there are very condescending and treat the taxpayers with no courtesy. They act as if the taxpayers are asking for free service.
