If I could give zero stars I would. I am having to file a complaint with the Georgia Board of Medicine due to this facility letting me run out of my meds. They said I had to come in as a walk in for an evaluation because they don't do appointments for the doctors even if you're an established patient. So here I am. Unable to get my medicine because they won't refill it unless I see the doctor and they won't let me see the doctor because every time I go as a walk in they're too busy!

They have too many problems with scheduling. They shove medicine and don't show up for work half the time or more with counseling. They ruin already traumatized lives by getting someone to believe in having somewhere to go to be helped then let people down by literally not being there.

Called for an appointment, was immediately put on hold, waited on hold over 15 minutes, was then hung up on, called back, waited again just to be told they can't take an appointment over the phone....
