This office is an absolute disgrace. I filled out my renewal, and they requested documents proving I no longer receive child support, and asking for pay stubs for a place my husband is no longer employed I spent well over two weeks consistently calling with no answer and leaving messages after messages practically begging someone to call me back and help me.figure out what I need to get to them….the voicemail says they will return your call within 48 hours… yea right what joke… over two weeks these folks had to call me back or answer a phone or email or something and they just couldn’t be bothered..as of today my case has been closed. This isn’t the first time this has happened either they end up messing my case up Everytime I do my renewal.. this location has absolutely no drive, compassion, or care for ANYONE who comes through the door. What an absolute shame these people can’t be bothered to just return a phone call..instead it’s just easier to close someone’s case and go about their day ..because after all as long as their family doesn’t have to go without then they really don’t care…this location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If you don’t want to help the public then don’t take a job where that is what you are supposed to do….

Can’t never get anyone on the phone, I’ve left several messages and nobody ever calls back. The people who work here are lazy and disrespectful, might as well shut the whole place down. Can’t even talk to your case worker or anyone, it’s honestly pathetic.

New Review! After several months and several attempts our medicade cases are finally closed thanks to no help what so ever to our local office. Every time I went into the office seeking help with this issue I was met with rudeness. Like I was an inconvenience. The lady in the box spoke to me in a muttering tone and gritted teeth. There's no case workers in the building? I wasn't aware of that. Hang a sign, would have saved me a couple trips. I was under the impression that this was a service agency, a place for assistance when needed. Yeah right. I feel for those who have to deal with this office. Hopefully it's better in other counties.

The USDA and FNS need to shut the whole Georgia system down. I've been calling about my renewal to a supervisor K. Mayshack in which she had the nastiest attitude and instead of helping me she lowered my foodstamps for 5 people to 428 a month because she was tired I kept calling in, if anyone know what I can do please feel free to comment. I've already reached out to a news source whom will contact me today and it said I can obtain a free lawyer and file an appeal those are my next steps.

I called today and asked a question and the staff member was extremely rude and nasty.Whoever answered the phone today do not deserve this job or any job that serves the public.I would not talk to dog the way she addressed me.I got the impression if I was a caucasian her tone and chose of words would have been much different. I rate it a zero.I kept my composure but the next time I will not.

Ive been trying to get custody of my nephew for 8 months we were told we’d have him before Halloween! Here it is almost Christmas and we still don’t have him they’ve came up with so much out of the blue stuff like we need to drive to Georgia to get a drug test and woman has to come look in my attic or play with my dogs etc etc. They completely lie to you they avoid your text for weeks! They never keep their word! I hope and pray no one else ever has to go thru this they enjoy keeping children in the system and wanna act like they’re tryna help the child but they’re not! They take their dear sweet time and lie to you so much!

The people that work here are nothing but monsters. They are going out of their way to cause harm to people in Moultrie that desperately need food stamps. Their behavior is beyond shameful.

This is a terible experience. I need to talk to a live person not a recording. If you are open in the office as advertised you should be able to.pick up the phone. I answer my phone when someone calls so why are you in the office which says open if you can never answer your phone? Absolutely Disgusted
