Carlos’ genuine love, empathy, and understanding for patients makes him a great listener! Carlos emphasizes strengths and potential. He is a catalyst for positive change! His authenticity begets transparency in the therapeutic relationship. His desire to help fuels one’s hope and aspiration for growth and success. His warmth allows for the processing of troublesome and sometimes painful memories that can hold us back. Carlos will work with you in identifying goals and explain possible interventions. He is familiar with CBT and is EMDR certified. I was happy to hear him speak Spanish! I hold no reservations in recommending him.

Carlos Martinez is an excellent clinician. He cares for his clients and connects with them on the level where they are comfortable and safe. Carlos takes the time to create theraputic alignment with his clients goals and treatment strateiges/modalities. Carlos encourages his clients to utilize different theraputic strategies in his sessions that will not only meet the needs for that client, but allow them to process theraputically difficult situations. Awesome counseling experience! Met with Elizabeth and did counseling with pottery. She is honestly very thoughtful, compassionate, and wise yet obviously keeps up with research! Amazing experience! Highly recommend them! I refer multiple people to this group all the time!!

No names* If zero was an option I'd choose no stars. Not recommended for marriage counseling/therapy. Also not recommended if you struggle with a more challenged past (growing up poor, constant police sirens even tho no one calls the cops). So if you are privileged and just want to complain about how you don't know what you want to spend money on next, then come complain to these therapist. (If you need help don't come here, if I wasn't clear*). I absolutely thank you for destroying my marriage and demolishing my life.
