The facility was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I would do some more training with the Staff on customer service. I was watching how they interacted with the public and was not pleased. One young man who was not rude walked out after interacting with the Staff. Remember, we are the taxpayers, and we are the reason you have a job. You never know who is watching. I have a graduate degree and am a working professional. I was at the library doing some work for a Georgia Tech course, and the library staff, please do better with your attitude towards the public.

The library is clean and well maintained. However, the staff is in need of some serious customer service training. I have never been to a library with librarians who seem to despise their job. They act as if it is a chore to help you find materials, check books out, or ask questions about your account. When my children go to this location, they fear asking the ladies anything because they act like it is such a chore to assist them. I am highly disappointed in this location as it is bad enough that we are witnessing the closings of libraries throughout our black communities. The ones that we DO have should be welcoming and inviting. The one Caucasian lady has always been nice and helpful and I find this troubling that it is always our own with the attitudes and poor customer relations. Please do better for those who patronize this establishment. If children or adults asking questions annoy you, then please find another career path.

Today was the first day me and my family visited this location. It’s nicely renovated. The size is relatively small compared to the wolf creek branch. However it’s located on Main Street in college park so one shouldn’t expect it to be that large. They have nice size study rooms with tv monitors and all the latest electronic outlets that are needed to hold a small meeting, host a presentation or homeschool your children 😊which is what we utilized it for today. All in all it’s a nice and cozy library!

Nice, clean, friendly staff. I enjoy utilizing the study rooms for my needs. I also appreciate there being technology accessible to connect my device to project content.

I love a good library and this local one in college Park is amazing. First off it was extremely clean. Secondly, the staff was amazing with greeting everyone that entered. Not to mention how helpful they were as well. If you are looking for a great library with study rooms may I suggest this location. You won’t be disappointed.

Security officer was informed several times that an individual on the computer was causing a disturbance, but still allowed the annoyance to occur. Very disappointing! So left after 30 minutes.

When I first walked in I fell in love so peaceful and quiet. Once I saw private cubes I was sold. It’s a great place to get work done with minimal distractions.

Yea see. Usually I love going to libraries. I'm going through a tough spot in my life and it helps to A safe place to get away, read and relax you know? Not here. I was told I had "too many bags" to come in. I only have 3. I see y'all tryna keep all the "riffraff" out the library instead of being an actual community resource. Do better.
