This place is amazing. The front desk staff are kind and understanding, the practitioners are skilled and helpful, and the environment is very relaxing. I've been going here for roughly two years now and I've had nothing but good experiences. People on here are complaining about cancellation fees and such, but if they read the many notices on the website and around the lobby they would see the clear cancellation rules. This place is incredibly professional and the staff are very caring.

Do yourself a favor and read these one star reviews before you invest any time in this practice. I’m calling insurance right now to get switched. As soon as we started therapy, we got three sessions and the therapist quit which OK fine things happen couldn’t get in for almost another six weeks to new therapist had to fill up new paperwork , we’re on time to our appointment could not figure out how to get onto the portal would not let me switch my password. I called each office location four times apiece, left two voicemails asking for guidance and Zero response. Don’t waste your time! Go elsewhere.

I am editing my review and took one star away because my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy as I was told. Even when I called twice to ask about it and being told that it will be sent before the end of the day, that didn’t happened. It was quite disappointing.

I am writing this review because I want to share my experience. I was referred to this group by my therapist. I called to schedule the appointment and the staff who helped was very nice, she was very busy at the time I called but she offered to called me back before the end of the day, which she did. She scheduled my appointment she took all my information without rushing me. After scheduling the appointment I decided to check reviews, which really shocked me to see the very bad reviews. I was very nervous but I decided to give it a chance. My appointment was today, and my expedience was completely opposite to the reviews I read. I was seen by Darrylin Demouchet, she is kind and attentive and took the time to listen to my needs. She explained everything thoroughly and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions and answered them. Don’t let the reviews discourage you. At least my experience was positive so far.

CAUTION! Based on other reviews, unprofessionalism from front- end staff seems to be a pattern. I agree. I wouldn't be surprised it is reflection of poor leadership.

I called seeking clarification about an appointment, and instead of being heard with any kind understanding egarding my concern, I was brashly threatened with a fee for canceling an appointment. I was not going to cancel but I will gladly pay their fee not to be spoken to that way again.

Such unprofessionalism from the front office is very concerning given the nature of the practice. Having to wonder if money ? is valued over health is unacceptable and a big red flag. ?

Everything here is mixed. The admin team, billing, and the therapists.

The admin here tend to be great, but there are a few that tend to be rude and unhelpful overall.

The billing department is the most unorganized piece of the puzzle. They told me that I missed several co-payments, but I have the proof. They threatened to cancel my appointments unless I paid for all of the appointments, which I already paid for. Not only did this happen, it also appears that they changed some payment history on the patient portal, so I am on high alert from them.

Therapist are mixed, as I have had three since I have started with them. My first one was alright, but I guess they stopped working for Collaborative Psychology Group. The second therapist thought it was weird that I was seeing her for over six months, so she wanted to discontinue care. The thrid therapist is great so far, I only wish that sessions were more frequent or longer, just becasue I sometimes don't feel like we addressed everything that needed to be.

I wish I would've listened! I had my 1st appointment. With "Dr" Kevin. Went ok. Made an in office application. 2 weeks later. Go in and "Dr" Kevin called off. The bounced at the front desk said "didn't you receive a phone call for a phone appointment. NO I DID NOT! Drove all the way over there. I told her "don't charge me. Called my primary and got a referral to another real doctor. This place was horrible. Ladies and gentlemen, PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!

The most unorganized office I've ever been too. Sad because Dr. York is great, I hope she moves to a different practice as she deserves better than this place. The people behind the desk are always switched out because the turnover rate is insane. Every 2 weeks there is someone new working there, so things that were not done by the last person get toppled on to the next one, and it just keeps going. Do not Give them any credit card details they will charge you without approving, and never even fix it. Run for the hills!

Wow, how sad. How truly truly sad for this place to be Abe able to allowed to practice. One my dog, the only thing I have of value worth losing, MY FIRST FIVE MINUTES THERE, a lady came crying out of the door in a wheelchair screaming GET ME OUT OF HERE!! I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!! Of course j just assumed she was have tough time but no, not after the treatment and experience I had from the place. PLEASE BE ADVISED IF YOU ARE ON DISABILITY OR NEED A CLAIM FILLED OUT BY A DOCTOR THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT WILL CHARGE YOU 200$ FOR DR DARRIYLN SIGNATURE. The sad part about all of this is I waited a month and a half for my disability to come in the mail and they hadn’t even signed the paperwork yet. They told me out of the blue after I had waited a month it was a 200$ fee. This office should have been upfront from day one that it was $200 to get my disability filled out. How sad. This place is supposed to be there for you and your mental health wow? I lost everything because of this place and I am just getting started 🙂
