Dr. Wyatt and the Marriage Refresh course/seminar was very helpful and insightful for myself and my marriage. I’m very glad my wife and I attended which allowed us to tend to problems and resentments that have built up and provided us with resources on how to work towards improving things in a healthy way. He was very caring about our personal situation and questions we had while even taking some time in between sessions to talk about sensitive topics we had deeper questions on. He shared many of his own personal examples and imperfections within his own relationship that he was able to work through as well making it very relatable. Overall, I would recommend this seminar or working with Dr. Wyatt to any couple in any season of life looking to find ways to move their relationship forward with tools that are very applicable to day to day married life.

We had an excellent counseling experience with Dr. Wyatt Fisher. His counseling emphasizes a problem-solving approach. He has published a very readable book outlining a systematic approach to counseling and saving your marriage. Counseling visits focus on the information in the book. Chapters are assigned and reviewed at each visit. Each visit verifies a good understanding of the information and is then enhanced by his experience as a counselor. By the end of the book, you have been given many practical tools to address any future troubles in your marriage, as well as methods to maintain your marriage and prevent problems from happening in the first place. He cannot save your marriage. Only the couple working together can save their marriage. However, he is an excellent guide and supervisor during what can be a difficult but critically important process.
