Been coming here for years. I love this studio - great instructors, good vibes, and a full-body, low impact workout. Club Pilates is particularly good for women of a certain age eager to keep strong, balanced and limber. I started here after two severely herniated discs prevented me from doing anything else - it's great for anyone looking to rehabilitate after injury. I stayed after healing, because it was perfect during pregnancy and post-partum. Now eight years later, I'm here because it's an all over great workout, and I always feel better after having been. I try to take 4-5 classes/week and the variety and number of classes offered per day is excellent.

There's so much to love about this studio!

I'll start with the space itself: it's roomy, calming, always clean and stocked with supplies and equipment.

The front desk staff is friendly and inviting, and no matter who is at the desk, they know who I am and greet me with a smile and a "Hi I've got you checked in" as I walk through the door.

The members are so welcoming and supportive. When I signed up for a membership over a year ago, I didn't expect to make so many new friends.

Lastly, the classes themselves are excellent, and that's because of the teachers. This studio has an exceptional teacher roster, both new and seasoned, and classes are distributed among the talented bunch. Even on weeks that I'm able to go more often, I almost never have the same teacher twice. I love the variety, as I get something different out of each class.

This studio is a gem and I'm happy to be a part of it!

Club Pilates is a nice little boutique Pilates studio. I love Amy and Sandy, the instructors. They are both very knowledgeable and can modify an exercise base on how your body was feeling that day. The studio is very clean and the staff are all very nice. The login website is also easy to use and easy to keep track of how many classes you have taken

Pilates Club is a good place, they provide good service. They gave me 30 minutes of training. The truth is that I found it very interesting and it exceeded my expectations. I found what I was looking for, a place that would motivate me to start training more frequently. I recommend it.

I have been a client of Club Pilates in San Carlos for more than a decade. Yes it is a small studio with only 12 spots that fill quickly but the staff is always friendly, scheduling is easy and the classes help me to keep my strength.

I am a beginner in Pilates and took the CP Reformer Flow 1 class at the San Carlos location. I thought that the class I took was very beginner-friendly and had a slower pace so I could actually keep up with the instructions. The classes were small so the instructor was able to provide individual feedback which I appreciated. I would be returning again!

Love my club Pilates classes!! Sad to see AARP Healthcare drop it in its Medicare benefits!! It’s great for balance and strength for all, including us older adults!
