Went in to sell items for the 1st time here. Brought in worn once or not at all "white house black market, Ralph Lauren, ann Taylor". They claimed "too worn, too many blazers (had 3 in the 50 items brought in), and over ware". Pretty hard to be overworn when they have brand new tags on them. Not to mention, I brought everything in folded and organized and when I came back to pick up, it was all in a heap. Definitely not what I would expect from a "high end resale" establishment. Complete joke of a place. I'd have better luck at platos or just donating to people in need. Not to mention, I drove over an hour to bring in items. They told me to come back in another month. No thank you. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Never ever will I shop there after I brought in clothes to sell. I’ve never brought clothes in there before. I brought in 10 pair of Kut from the Kloth jeans over $100 a pair new. These were like new. I had them folded in a Kut from the Kloth bag(irrelevant really). They never took them out of the bag when they gave them back to me saying they had too much inventory! Almost new Converse tennis shoes. Not even looked at. Tops with tags on and with brand names. If you have too much inventory and people are bringing in quality clothes perhaps you should tell them so as not to waste our time! I shopped around while waiting for them to give me all but 3 items back. I saw old looking shoes and worn clothes but you rejected The Loft, Kut and more?! Really?

I have shopped here for years and don’t plan to return. For the past several months I have been frustrated with the buy counter. I’m not concerned that they didn’t accept my last bin of one dress. More concerning is the attitude of the “clerks”, shall I say, all but young woman. I’m tired of the pompous, annoyed attitude received when walking through the door. As integer reviewer commented, “don’t waste your time”

Great staff and clothing selection. But, it's very frustrating now that two days in a row their buy counter is closed. First day I went in, there was still 2 hours before they closed. The sign on the door says it closes an hour before. Store clerk said it would be open the next day at 10am. I head in next day at 1pm to see it is still closed and that they're flipping everything. I'm informed that it'll be open the next day at 10am. Lol. Put a sign on your door at the very least, but also get your staff on the same page. Still giving a good review, but work your systems a little better communication-wise.

This Clothes Mentor location and its staff deserve a 10 star rating! I have been closing down my own online clothing business over the last few months, and the Clothes Mentor team has been exceptionally kind and accomodating in the process.
I would call ahead to ensure open communication and being respectful of their time, resources and staffing. Tay was always so kind, and amazing to chat with!! I am so appreciative they let me bring in my bulk items to sell!
I would (and do) STRONGLY reccomend and encourage anyone to bring their items to sell to this location. I know I always find it worth my while to make the hour+ drive to them!

This store carries a wide variety of seasonal clothes, and a limited selection of shoes, purses and accessories. The clothes are reasonably priced and overwhelmingly mid range manufacturers. (Universal Thread, The Gap, J. JILL, ETC). There are a few dressings rooms where you can try on before you buy. I do not sell clothes to Clothes Mentor.
Finally, parking is extremely limited, drivers speed through the tiny through ways, so EXERCISE CAUTION when driving or walking in the area.

Do not waste your time. They made me wait 2.5 hours to not even touch my bin and lied that they went through it. Everything was in the same order and folded how I originally put it in there. If they would have actually looked they might have bought 1 or 2 boutique items. Also everything is priced almost as high as buying it brand new.
