I didn't see any racism, like previous person said, they just don't buy trendy modern clothes, I see what they have in there, distressed jeans, or anything modern is not there genre. I do think it is weird a second hand store care about a stain that is not permanent. ,😆I hope who buys there is not that nasty to not wash second hand clothes..... I also buy my stuff out of season to get deals, that is how you get the best price. This store instead of promoting a summer spring deal, they just do in season. But I was going to give them to goodwill, if I couldn't get paid anyway, because moving out of country and don't want stuff I don't wear, although cute in stuff. The customer service feedback to clothes we bring is horrible, instead of being so rude , just say the style is not what we are looking for thank you.

Took several very nice designer purses here to sell. After several hours, I was told by very dismissive staff that my bags were not worth anything. I could tell the way I packed them that they did not even LOOK at some of my purses. So I posted them on fb marketplace and made A LOT of money. I feel this place is biased. I would NOT recommend them for buying OR selling. Anything.

Please fully inspect the clothes you buy here because they are selling clothes that should be trashed. There are holes in discreet places, then they clearance them so when you find them at home they can’t be returned. Poor customer service from owner who wouldn’t give store credit for the stained items with holes. Sweet staff though.

I can always count on this location for some nice staple pieces to add to my wardrobe without breaking the bank. I appreciate how clean and organized it is and also smells pleasant! The ladies (staff) are helpful and friendly.

I have visited multiple times and had overall consistent experiences with staff and ability to find good quality clothes. It is my go to when I feel my closet needs a few new pieces.

I’ve purchased and sold here many times over the past several years. I’ve received good and bad offers but receiving a $6 offer on a brand new $295 bag and $1.xx on new fragrances is insane. Mind you, these were items on their “most wanted” monthly list. I know that a system is supposedly used to calculate the offers, but maybe the system needs to be updated.

I sold only 5 purses that were years old and left out with $130!!! I was so surprised at the quote the sales lady provided to me because of all the bad reviews posted. I even saw some comments saying that the store was prejudice of people of color which I am but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and advised of the time it would take to check my items. When I returned an hour later the same lady who checked me in remembered my name! I just want to let people know that it’s not the lady’s who give you the quote they go off a computerized system that gives them the quote and they give you 30% of the cost the computer quotes. It says that on their website 30% 30% 30%. Thank you Clothes Mentor for helping get some extra cash to get some groceries today!
