You know, we never hesitate to make an appointment when our body is sick, yet we seem to have hesitation when it comes to making sure our brain, our mental health, is healthy. Dr. Badal makes navigating the sometimes uncomfortable world of mental health easy and you feel like your chatting with a friend over coffee during your visit. His office is very comfortable too. Not at all like being with a clinician. I've never experienced a psychologist before until now and would highly recommend you make the call and ask for Dr Badal because you wont be disappointed.

Victoria Bauer i believe is her name is very inexperienced. It is valid for us as clients to be extremely informed about a psychologist or (soon to be psychologist like her) before we make a choice; ESPECIALLY IF WE HAVE BEEN DOWN THIS RODEO BEFORE. If we have questions the proper thing to do is call someone back, especially when someone might be new, when you have enough time to answer ALL the questions needed in order for us as clients to make an informed decision about wether we wish to continue or not NOT TRY TO RUSH SOMEONE AND REFUSE SOMEONE AND TRY TO GUIDE THEM TO WAIT LONGER FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I had to repeat more than three times that I would still reserve her but that i just simply wanted to know how the office worked so i can be informed it wasn't until the third time that she was attempting to clarify again. hORRIBLE first experience. I WOULD SUGGEST TO OTHERS STICK TO THE MORE EXPERIENCED ONES IF YOU CAN AND MAKE IT CLEAR IN THE BEGINNING OF YOUR CALL THAT YOU DO NOT WANT SOMEONE WHO IS NOT EVEN A PSYCHOLOGIST YET. (This all happened in the call back before even making an appt. / she assumed it would be a quick schedule in and not a conversation.)

Cynthia Vincent is an excellent Psychologist that understands the complicated nature of Complex and Chronic Combat PTSD far better than the VA psychologists and psychiatrists. Hands down.
