I don't know what's going on. A year ago they take over FSASB, fire the only therapist left there--one I had for years. They put this douche Chris in charge and everything has gone down hill.
Now as of August 2024, they may drop FSASB because it's "not working out". Like, I get that the Adelanto office is waaayyyyy out in the boonies. But many therapists are online now. So what's the issue? I just get started with a new therapist to maybe lose her? Yes, some are students, but I usually don't mind them. I had one before my current one before she also got canned.
What ticks me off is I was starting to progress with the new girl, and now I may have to start all over with someone new? Do you realize how hard that can be? Are you guys that heartless and blind? Reading other reviews... Maybe running therapist offices isn't right for YOU!

Do not take your children here! If I have read the reviews before I would have never taken mine here. First off they are all students and if you need someone with experience do not go here. We went though 2 counselors. The first one was very sweet not very helpful but nice. The second one we had 1 session with him and he called cps on us. Apparently that’s what they do. I recently seen the reviews here how fast they are to call cps. They don’t try to fix the issues that are going on they will just call cps and make everything so much harder on you as parents. Now my other kids think they are going to get taken out of their home and caused unnecessary stress to all of them. My step son is now stressed out and doesn’t want anything to do them. Do not go to them they won’t help fix anything! If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was in the "EXECUTIVE SUITES" COUNSELING WITH AN OUTSTANDIND DR.HIS GIFT WITH PEOPLE IS BEYOND AMAZING! FEELING MORE LIKE MYSELF AND BACK ON TRACK!!!!...I HIGHLY RECOMEND A "ONE ON ONE" AT CCS!

brought my daughter here because she has issues with her father after few appointments, the training counselor decided to inform CPS that my daughter was being abused. That lack of experience, and due diligence If she thought CPS would help my daughter . She does not have a clue what she has set in motion. She hasn't helped and has threatened the safety of the rest of my family. CPS worker telling me that I have to do certain things or else my daughter will be taken away from her home where her mother & brother live there is no problem the issues was with her father .Don't let them train their therapists with your children. My daughter has been in fear being removed from her home where she is happy .

Very disorganized. The check-in computer wasn’t working. Receptionist was having a personal phone call while we waited at the window for her to finish. Sat around for 20 minutes and then found out that they forgot to inform the therapist about our appointment. Icing on the cake: the receptionist didn’t know how to refund our money. She said she had to contact somebody else to do it, which I encouraged her to do... but the other lady wasn’t there so they said they would attempt to reverse the charges later and call us tomorrow. I hope you have a sense of humor because this place is a joke.

Amazing group of therapists with high work-ethic and service-centered attitudes. I've enjoyed getting to know many of them and refer clients to them with confidence.
