Unethical. Met with me once, told me that I was “manipulative,” and that she refused to have any communication with me. Will speak only to my daughter’s father and step-mother about my 6 year old daughter. Can you imagine if a teacher decided to alienate one parent because they “didn’t like them.” This therapist does not comprehend that a children needs both parents and that a child in therapy deserves to have a therapist who alienates and witholds information that could help a parent better understand her child and the ways in which he or she can be a better source of support. Christina Grandy had a personal relationship with her paternal grandmother and has chosen to make judgements against me instead of acting in the best interest of my daughter. It is incredibly unfortunate. Coming from a city, this is unheard of.
