Recently we were hit by a violent rain and hail storm. We decided to turn in a claim to our insurance company after inspection for damages by a contractor. The entire experience to this point has been amazing. Communications and assistance has been very comprehensive and timely. Every employee has been polite, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. American Family Insurance has made this experience as pleasant and helpful as possible. Tami Todd , customer service representative, and all the other employees are a blessing. Christina Dabney's Agency has orchestrated the delivery and Tami is riding shotgun to make sure all is well. More to come.

I can't say enough good things about Christina's team, especially Meagan. My family had a complicated car insurance situation with an adult kid attending graduate school in Canada and taking a car.
