I took their alcohol education class back in 2019 and had no issues other than the obvious money grubbing. All the way in 2024, I am finally able to submit all of my paper work to reinstate my license and after ~5 years of working and waiting and jumping through all of these hoops for this moment, Choices decided to forget CRUCIAL/BASIC information needed on my discharge form. I thought a simple phone call would fix the situation but after I was finally able to reach someone, they had zero capability of aiding me aside from "wait until Saturday". After seeing all of these other 1 star reviews, I didn't expect anything less than another hassle. I'm sure there are better run/more well organized organizations out there.

You can do better than this. You have to demand a receipt because if not then they add extra charges. They lie and say they will forgive a class then they go back 2 weeks later and charge you for the class. I paid for a book that I never opened. Just another way for people to profit off others crimes. Kam the original owner is a scam artist. Go to bts or anywhere else. I promise you it will be nothing but trouble. Avg course is 435. I ended up paying over 550.00 for these classes.

I can not to begin to explain how absolutely terribly self serving this place is. The front office staff is really nice and really helpful however the doctor I saw for my voluntary evaluation only had me seeking treatment in mind. It would not have mattered what answers were provided, he of course just wanted me to have to enroll in the program. From what I could tell he literally read off a check list to diagnose you without taking anything else into account. When my lawyer received the results he was floored and assured me he would never again send a client to such an organization. I find it incredible deploring and just sad for anyone seeking help through this place.

Unfortunately I was differed to this location after staffing issues occurred at the North office in Broomfield/Federal Heights. This locations office staff act as though it's a burden to complete requirements of their job. The counselor for the DUI group has 0 curriculum, and it's a scam for money. On top of not having anyone doing the requirements of book work, Ben is cold and literally doesn't retain any information about others, cuts you off in the middle of "check ins"anf I was group shamed weekely. Not only on my addiction issues but personal and even physical appearance. Do not seek any kind of treatment here.

0 star if I could. Please know that this facility is expensive for clients and that there are other DUI Education and Therapy classes out there. Apparently business is going under and can't afford to pay their facilitator's and they breach those contracts of facilitator's and continue not to pay months later. When working there, several clients complained of office staff too. Is not a recommendation of mine and would not recommend to clients.

I tried to seek voluntary group anger management counseling to continue self growth here. After a 20-30 minute phone conversation explaining why I was seeking counseling and scheduling an intake I showed up for my appointment and it didn't even seem like they knew why i was there. I was shown another clients confidential paperwork, and then given domestic violence paperwork to start DV classes My confusion propmpted me to ask if I was filling out the right papers, and this started a conversation with the receptionist christina which was completely unprofessional. I was generalized as a criminal, consistently referred to as "dude" and when i wasn't going to give her the paperwork i had filled out she became aggressive and i felt like she was going to rip them out of my hands so i just gave it to her. I then asked her if she would please shred the paperwork immediately and she refused. I stated that they did not have my consent and that i expected they get shredded. She then stated that she "deals with "people like me" everyday. As I sat waiting for my ride she then tried to provoke an argument all the while another employee sat idly by without saying anything about the receptionists behavior. The counselor who i thought was doing my intake had started a class and i was told i would have to wait 1.5 hrs to talk to him even though i had a scheduled appointment. I left. That evening after his class we spoke on the phone..I was offered no apology, no sympathy and felt like if i had been there due to a court order that the agency would have filed a bad report with a probation officer causing more trouble. It was passive threatening. Overall very very unprofessional and poor service to include client confidentiality violations. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place will do whatever they can to ensure you do not succeed and are paying them money for as long as they can possibly keep you. The woman at the front desk is absolutely one of the most inhumane individuals I have EVER had the displeasure of interacting with. She has no soul and will be thrilled to have ruined your day and your progress if she can. Do not go here. They are not human and they delight in your failure.
