Absolutely horrific and nightmarish the way this place is ran. They only care about getting money from the other parent. They do not take into account the childs well being and put my son into full custody with his abusive father, stripping me of my parental rights completely without any valid cause or factual information. They based everything completely off of hearsay because the father had a lawyer quoting nothing but words that he said and I was representing myself. I was not allowed to even speak on my behalf or for my child. I am now having to fight this with paperwork and still haven't received any response for over 6 months now. Very unorganized bs system.

I was told by the courts that i had to appear over 50/50 medical reimbursement costs. I drove 60 miles to get here to only hear a pompous judge tell me that I am responsible for 50 percent. Taking no consideration of my abillity to pay. Suppot is already provided to my child in the amount of 593.00 a month leaving me with 1161.00 a month for all my expenses.
I really think this is a bureaucratic waste. Why waste tax payers dollars and resourses. My fuel driving 60 miles. When their not even considering objecting partys evidence and they just issue Blanket judgements. If there is no option I cant see why they say you must appear in court.
Obviously there just creating govt waste and propping up useless legal procedings.

The judge is very opinionated on matters that have nothing to do with holding parents accountable. All parents ask is that parents be held accountable to their children! It should never be one parent doing all the work!

I requested exemplification records office the clerks office has tried different methods to disregard my request trying to discourage me from obtaining my own records and the commissioner are contributing with the clerks office and working in conjunction with the department of child support office , trying to send me on paper trail hunt and delaying my proceedings and the objective to discourage people from arguing there case and the court is based on administrative actions, the commissioner is acting as a judge with your consent , no consent he can not hear your case always object and don't sign the stipulation from the beginning , you have the option to fight your cases have sent a formal letter to honor my exception request and even denied my fee waiver but that not gong to stop me from obtaining my own records, it will only prolong the process if i don't get the compliance of court commissioner and the clerks i will take this matter to the supreme court for fail to exercise due process and violation of the 14th amendment of the constitution i have the right to access my exceplificaiton of records as now I'm waiting for response from the clerk office to do a page count and tell me final price of the paperwork after the fact the commissioner denied me fee waiver and a hearing which i do not believe he has any legal basis to make that determination therefore conflict of interest with title IV-D cases and being biased towards me. 5/3/17 i just spoke with operations manger and confirmed some crazy exemplification cost $5,100 and $6,900 breaking laws the department of justice need to put this criminals behind bars and audit the child support court commissioner are profiting from child support cases, they used different techniques they did not receive my mail when i send it certified mail and notarized document so they won't avoid me among other tricks they used from preventing from obtaining my paperwork, these people are crooks, commissioner continue on 6/20//17 obstruct justice on the basis of void court orders due to a frivolous orders and lacking no jurisdiction and failure to prove edividence of jurisdiction none judicial person no authority under no law do they have proper authority from a judicial government it is prohibited, commissioner force me to appear under duress and has not been volunteered

The commissioner Charles FEURTSCH IS bias can’t admit he made a mistake even with proof the bailiff there in CS2 so rude and aggressive I went up to the floor waiting for my husband and he comes out aggressively telling me to leave he can arrested me what is all that for All he had to do was ask nicely for me to go downstairs Completely inappropriate

Online and phone says they are open till 4 but they are only open u til noon unless you have court scheduled after 12pm, they don't answer phone anymore either it just hangs up on you for facilitator option

New commissioner is mean. Very opinionated, doesn’t care what the custodial parent has to say. He only wants to hear from attorneys. Very short and yells at you

If you have to be here it's already going to be a bad day. The way this place is run will make it worse. Plan on it taking all day to get anything done here.
