I cannot say enough great things about Cheri. She was the only mental health professional to even call me back. Right from the get-go she is caring, empathetic, and validating. You will get that sense from her right away. It’s clear that this is not just a job for her - this is her passion. She cares deeply about all of her clients. She is the only counselor I’ve had that I truly trust and feel comfortable talking to. She is amazing at encouraging growth while still validating your feelings and working with what you’re comfortable with. Cheri is a REAL human with feelings and that’s what I want in a counselor, not just someone who sits with a blank face listening to me talk.
