When calling a suppose to be a professional business. For one answer with some type of happiness in your voice and say the name of the company dam this is not your personal phone. Then hangs up don’t say bye thanks and have a nice day nothing . She teaching the wrong class she needs to be taught an ETIQUETTE CLASS!!!!! I wish i can put a ZERO STAR. Couple of years it wasn’t like this. Customer Several makes a difference hope yo mean ass reads this .

I just called this place to get information on her CNA classes. The lady answered the phone as if she was answering her own personal phone didn’t pick up the phone professional at all didn’t even say the name of the business or how can I help you, and she was very rude and unprofessional. This place most definitely should not be on the a list of contact for any healthcare training..

That is a good place to start your nursing career. the instructor is so good. when it comes to teaching, she doesn't play. I wrote my test and skills one time and I passed. thanks to ms Powell

WOW!! was literally floored at the NASTINESS and RUDENESS of who ever answered their phone. I asked about the classes they currently offered at the time, and whoever the “answering service” was cut me off, and hung the phone up in my face.I attended this school close to 8 years ago and the class and teacher was phenomenal. Unfortunately, looks like the previous standard has not been maintained.

Great instructor here! Great hands on experience. I was more than prepared to take the state exams, I was able to pass the first time taking the exam. I also found work immediately while attending. This was definitely a better option than taking the course online.

This is a school that anyone that want to do CNA nursing should attend. Ms. Powell is an incredible teacher and she is very great in lecturing the students. You will have no regret attending your CNA training in this very school, also you will be well informed in such a way that you can handle any tasks given to you in CNA field. A trail will convince you, so go and register!!!

I took the CNA course and the instructors at the facility we're more than thorough. Hands on material as well as class lessons we're all great lessons that prepared me for both exams. If you are sensitive and need someone to hold your hand this is not the field for you. The medical field grows everyday and need people who aren't afraid to sweat and take constructive criticism for what it is and that being to grow and learn from it. At this facility you will understand the passion they have for their field. You will understand the difference between someone who takes pride in the field they work in and the others that just want your money. I will not hesitate to obtain another skill in this facility when I am ready nor will I look any further. Hands down the best teachers I've had in my life.
