I made an appointment with Dr Tina Bedell. I was told while making the appointment that paperwork would be sent to me via email to complete prior to my appointment. I was never emailed this paperwork. On the day of my appointment, the receptionist called to inform me that Dr Bedell had a family emergency and left the office for the day. I totally understand, because my family has always come before my job. The receptionist rescheduled my appointment for today at 9am. I arrived at the office at 8:55a and at 9a Dr Bedell walked out and called back another patient. As she turned to walk away, she asked me who I was. I told her who I was and she said that my appointment was for 8am and that I had missed it. I let her know that my appointment was for 9am and that I even told her receptionist that 7a or 8a were just too early for me. Dr Bedell said there was nothing she could do for me and that she couldn't see me today. No one from the office attempted to make contact with me between 8a or 9a to see why I had missed my appointment or ask if I was running late. The office also did not call or text to remind/verify my appointment or I would have caught the discepency then. If they had called, I would not have driven the 30 minutes one way to get there for an appointment that they double booked. This office is very unorganized and unprofessional. You would think that since they are dealing with patients mental health that they would be a little more concerned. I would never recommend anyone to this counseling office. I hope this review helps others to not waste so much of their time like I did.

I highly recommend Mrs. Murillo for anyone seeking confidential and compassionate understanding. She has helped me overcome my personal challenges. I wouldnt be where im at today without her guidance.
