Great way to get PALS training! Dave, our instructor, was extremely knowledgeable, and took a great and easily digestible approach to all the material. What could have been a boring and long day was instead interesting and kept me engaged. Sections were broken up with well-timed breaks in between. And even with the daunting task of getting all the material done in one day, it didn't feel rushed, we covered everything, and we even got finished a little early! Dave was also very approachable for asking questions throughout. Additional plus is this location: easy to get to, great to have a parking lot with ample space, and some convenient places nearby to grab a bite and/or coffee.

Just did my first ACLS renewal with Cascade in Seattle. (5th overall renewal). Having been a travel nurse for 5 years all over the US, I can safely say this was the best experience. I really like the way they have their individual stations set up in different rooms with all the different instructors. Each instructor brought their own real-life experiences to this course, which added more value to the training. Cascade did not waste my time or money. I will definitely be back in 2 years !!!

I had an excellent experience with Cascade for ACLS renewal. The intructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and keep the class moving. Parking is easy and the facility is nice. I plan on coming here for future renewals!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for nrp and registered for the class at the beginning of the month since my certification expires at the end of the month. I have had 2 different classes cancelled on me and then they proceed to tell me that there are no other available classes for the month and that the rest of the classes are full. Should've just went through a different company to begin with. DO not recommend.

I haven't been to class yet but there have been several calls to have my information set up properly. I spoke to one employee who was rude and dismissive. As I attempted to ask questions, he interrupted and cut me off each time. I understand how busy the staff may be but, customer service is omportant as well. I'm trying to decide if he was just mansplaining or misogynistic. Either way, I felt very disrespected.

Great place to get initial or to re-up your BLS. Renewed here 3 times. Always great instructors with real life experience. Comfortable classroom. Ample parking. Affordable. Highly recommended.

Cascade Training Center, has a wonderful facility on Nickerson Street where I updated my BLS for healthcare providers. The class was well organized, the trainer Bohanna was very personable and he made sure that we had direct supervision in the performance and were successful in the completion of the training. I highly recommend cascade training for all your continuing education ACLS/BLS certifications.
