I started working with Cassaundra in 2020. I struggled with rigidity & stubbornness, as well as generalized anxiety & ocd behaviors. Over the 4 years where we had sessions on a weekly/ bi-weekly basis, she greatly helped me become more understanding of my triggers, as well as better anticipating them ahead of time. I also became better equipped to deal with intra-personal, inter-personal, and the greater social anxiety that has plagued me throughout my life. I am in a significantly better place than I was in 2020 and am extremely grateful for Cassaundra's therapy!

When I first found Cassaundra, I didn't know what to expect. I really loved the name of her business as it reminded me of neuro pathways of the brain and how I just wanted to rewire my own brain. When I started during Covid, I needed help in seeing how I was reacting to things in my life and questioned my sanity when faced with certain situations. Cassaundra not only helped me see right through things, but gave me some really valuable tools to better improve in the way I handled stress, improve communication skills to help build better boundaries, and to feel my own self worth again. I highly recommend her as she is kind, patient, a great listener, and a powerful grounder in chaotic situations. Thank you Cassaundra!

Cassuandra is a DREAMBOAT. I came to her in a really broken place, and she was patient, kind, yet providing excellent advice and gentle help as I built myself back up. This is someone who is IN YOUR CORNER. She will fight to help you develop the resources you need to fight for yourself, and she will do so with humor, compassion, and a boatload of expertise. Unfortunately I moved out of state and was unable to continue with her, but if not for that I would have happily stayed in Cassaundra's orbit as long as I could. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
