Good trainers, knowledgeable and extensive background in the field giving you real life ideas of the future. Scheduling should be more prompt. Could not ask for a better set of experienced professionals. Owner is also very nice and pleasant lady Chika. Very accommodating most times. Different instructors can be confusing and not even know each other that's not good. Each should be an expert only on day teaching or all should meet up and follow same way to share teaching.

Many unfortunately can't keep up with the college style mode of instructors teaching.

DO NOT sign up for this course, unless you are wanting to throw away $350 and FAIL the ARF test. My husband and I both took the ICTP admin course at Careprovider this month and found the instruction to be disorganized and extremely inconsistent. Multiple instructors providing conflicting anecdotes while all the while re-assuring us that all we needed to do was study the handouts and quizzes provided.

After rigorously studying the (conflicting) instructors notes, the hand outs and quizzes in the Care Provider binder we felt EXTREMELY ill prepared for the exam. The materials discussed and quizzes provided were NOT AT ALL an accurate reflection of the exam. From the 50 exam questions, only 2 were related to the course materials discussed! We reached out to Care Providers after the exam to inquire about updated material, but there has been no response. We honestly feel like we paid $700 (for two) to be misled and mis-informed!!!

I just completed the ICTP 35 hour program at Care Provider and believe it was a waste of money. At best the instruction was anecdotal and at worst completely irrelevant to becoming an ARF administrator (e.g. conspiracy theories about GMO and recommendations for zeitgeist documentaries were discussed at length for no reason). The binder given to us contained information that was outdated and did not cover any of the questions I had on the real licensing test. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go anywhere but here for your training.

Chika you are an amazing Owner and your instructor were professional with knowledge out of this world. The facility and class room was super clean, the snacks and continental breakfast was well stocked everyday with healthy treats and sweets, and all types of beverages. The icing on the cake was that I got my money worth..The study materials and work books were legible and neat. I will be signing up soon for advance training and I highly recommend Care Providers University to all who is interested in Jump starting any type of care home business..Thank you Chika I appreciate.. fyi..I passed my ARF and RCFE Administrator Certification..

Came here for the 35 HR ICTP ARF TRAINING All instructors said the same thing if you wanna pass the state exam study the practice exams.... but guess what as per diem nothing on practice test was on the actual state exam. Not A single question on the state exam has any reference to the practice test. The material we were told to study seem outdated compared to the state exam test I wouldn't recommend this vendor suggest find another source of training for your ICTP
