Every time I come to be seen at the careconnect urgent care, I always be treated right. I get the best help when I'm not feeling my best, and all the nurses also doctors is amazing. An nurse bree is awesome you is very professional at her job, and she gets the nurse of the year in my book. They always greet you with a smile at the desk that let you know that you in the right place to be seen. Plus they all have amazing hearts they are beautiful amazing phenomenal young ladies who treat their patients with care. So I recommend everyone to come get seen at this facility they are the best and get the job done. My careconnect family you all are awesome 💕

The staff is welcoming, quick, sympathizing, and caring. Nurse Bre was nice and very non-judgmental. She will make you feel so comfortable and at peace talking to her.

I've been to CUC twice and each time I've had excellent service. The staff is super sweet and the facility is clean. The nurses were very professional. I saw NP Kayla and she was very kind and thorough with the exam. I did not feel like I was being rushed when explaining what my symptoms were. The second time I dealt with NP Heather. Super kind and again very thorough. I don't believe I've been to another Urgent Care that had NP's that I felt generally took their time and wanted to help the patient. Way to go CareConnect with hiring top notch caring staff.

My experience is always great when either me or my daughter have an issue going on. Everybody are always friendly and nice. I have had nurse Bre 3 times when me or my daughter have been sick and she has been nothing but nice and helpful to us. Thanks team we really appreciate you!

Nurse Bre and staff was TRULY AMAZING, as well as the front desk staff. I love the fact that Nurse Bre wrote down everything I quoted and she also tested me for them all. I couldn't get my medicine filled last night but Mrs Amanda W made sure I received it today. I don't have a family doctor but I'm considering Care connect because of their excellence customer service. Mrs. Amanda was very patient and I didn't feel rushed.
