Friendly staff with lots of good advice on how to visit Joshua Tree we were able to use the bathroom and get some good tips on the less touristy way to see Joshua tree. Next time we go we would definitely spend the night there so we could spend more time and not feel rushed. There's also loads of areas you can camp in and there's lots of fun good food places to eat right outside of Joshua Tree.

Friendly and helpful on the multiple occasions I've been there. Most recently, got the directions for the most direct way to the Pioneertown Preserve, as well as being told about the Pioneertown movie site (which is kind of tourist trappy, esp. when compared with an uninhabited place like Old Paria in Grand Staircase-Escalante).
