I've been working with Rachael for over 8 months now. She's been an amazing support / trainer. At the beginning, we talked about my fitness goals, and she constantly keeps those in mind as she develops specific workouts for me to help with increasing strength and mobility. Rachael is AMAZING! I’ve been working with her for 3 months now, and I’ve never felt stronger. She knows her stuff and really knows how to craft the perfect workout just for you.

I've been working out with Rachael on and off for years. She makes the workouts fun yet challenging. I always look forward to my workouts with her because she helps push me while keeping things fun and enjoyable. She's always very conscious of my posture. Making sure I'm doing things correctly so I don't get hurt. Very knowledgeable about switching things up when needed, for example after my surgery she sat with me to have a better understanding of all my restrictions and designed a workout plan to meet my needs while still helping me get stronger. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who's looking for an enjoyable yet effective workout.

Rachael is an amazing trainer! I’m always excited to workout with Rachael because I always leave feeling good, confident and sore! She keeps workouts fun, full of laughs, smiles and is so helpful! As a client, You will just want to do your best to make her proud because she just radiates this inspiring energy.

First off, Rachael’s positive energy is exactly what any client would need and want! It definitely helps me especially because I’m not as fit or strong as I was years ago when I’ve trained with her in the past so it’s starting back from the beginning. If you start off not confident in your skill level or nervous you won’t be able do it, Rachael is so patient and understanding. She knows that everyone starts off with different abilities and strengths, but she’s encouraging and will challenge you in the best way.

I have done solo trainings with Rach before and now I am doing buddy system training session where I work out with another friend. My friend and I have different abilities and strengths she knows her clients well and is still able to tailor the exercises to each persons abilities while still challenging us.

During the trainings Rachael is very informative and makes sure you are maintaining correct body mechanics and correct form so you can feel specific muscles working the way it’s suppose to during the workouts. Rach will also make sure you stay safe and not hurt yourself. She’ll encourage you while adjusting or advising you to adjust your body so you can maximize the effectiveness of each movement. She is open to modifying different moves if needed and doesn’t make you feel bad about. She just is encouraging next time to put your all into it- and you’ll want to!

Most importantly she makes sure you breath and have fun! It’s such a good time. She teaches you the names of different exercises, guides you on how to do it and what body parts are benefiting in each exercise. She’ll give you a great amount of reps and sets for each move. She’ll encourage you to use weights if the exercise calls for it.

After each session she’ll send you the exact list of exercises you learned so you can continue practicing when you aren’t with her. She makes exercising easy and not something to dread because it’s so fun with her.

She'll make you work so do not mistaken this review and think that it’s just fun & games because she knows what she’s doing. You will be sore in a good way. I think the hard part about working out and maintaining a routine is because many people don’t know what to do and the gym can seem intimidating but Rachael just makes it so fun! So happy I get to train with her. Oh and she’s so freaking strong! She’s the best!
