If you're looking to make a change in your life, to finally stop making excuses, to feel like your being supported in your journey for a better you and most of all to be pushed to levels that you never thought imaginable, then Built 45 is the place to be. When I first started, I was looking for a jump start to get back into fitness after a 3.5 year hiatus (injury/surgery/recovery + kids) and I couldn't have landed in a better spot. Now after 5 months and being apart of one of their weight loss challenges, I'm 30 lbs down, went from a 38 to my normal 32 waist and have started to build my physique back up. I still have a way to go before I'm a 100% satisfied, but with persistency and pushing myself harder every training session, I am well on my way to making my goal by year's end. Tony and his trainers are one of a kind, a gem if you will from the fitness world and I couldn't be happier.

Great trainers who genuinely care about your health and well-being. Clean, sanitized equipment and a great sense of community. Would definitely recommend trying out a class, you’ll be hooked!
