For the cost it was decent. The duvet cover needed laundering stained. This was adjacent to the event I was attending Woman’s 34th Annual Herbal Symposium.

However, they changed linen and towels during my stay… WiFi, after several attempts did not work during my stay bummer?. On the whole it was doable!

I'm rating this a 4 star hotel based on what you normally would find in a small roadside hotel. I was on a road trip and getting tired, saw this and stopped in.
What a nice place. Great room, newer air-conditioned in room that was quiet. Sure, a dated interior but super comfy bed and a nice bathroom with nice hot water.
The gas station across the street had great coffee and friendly staff. Overall I really had a great night and would stop here again if I needed a room. All a person needs for a nice night's rest. Thanks

For a small motel, pretty decent stay considering.

Cons: Hotel and room show wear and tear. Bathroom walls had a few places of discoloration that looked like dust but wouldn't wipe off. A little spendy for what you got, but least expensive option around (on a holiday weekend). Hotel internet went down at ten pm.

Pros: Great water pressure in shower. Clean, comfortable beds. We slept soundly. Quiet - looked like only one other room taken. TV, small fridge in the room.

HORRIBLE! Don't waste your money here! It doesn't deserve one star!

The room stinks. The woman staff is rude and grumpy. The bathroom is dirty. I knew it since there was no other car in the courtyard.

Anyway, there are plenty of other options you can choose to stay, but NEVER CHOOSE BUDGET INN!

We love a diamond in the rough! We stopped here after miles of traveling and were very tired. It’s met our needs for the night. There’s nothing better than sitting along a highway, drinking a cold beverage and watching the cars go by. We love supporting the small business. Be patient and listen carefully and the language barrier issue will not be a problem. Support the small guy. Corporate America makes enough. Our room is clean and the ac works. All that matters.

Its a clean room, but I was the only one in this motel only weired feeling .
Bad part no truck parking. Get to walk at night in little town I don't know about it.

The lady at the reception is just so unfriendly. No hello, no thank you, no smile.
It seems like you are doing them a favor by wanting to stay there. I honestly don't understand how someone can be so rude. Anyways, it could to a certain extend be "okay" if at least the room was clean. Yellow stains and hair on the sheets are NOT acceptable for the price. Plus, they tried to keep our deposit (50$) the next morning for no reason.
I would not recommend this place.
