This is a great dispensary. It is very clean and friendly. There is nothing sketchy about it, and the people who work here are very friendly and professional. Other dispensaries can be a little bit shady. Not this one. I also appreciate that they put the taxes into the sticker price. Nothing is worse than going to a dispensary and then seeingyour estimated cost double. They also have parking, but there is plenty of street parking available on foothill Boulevard.

Bad customer service. They don’t give back the correct changer after they overcharge you on card. 3rd time they do this. On top of that they don’t give receipt to cover their tracks.

I am a disabled veteran with a shattered spine. I rode buses and walked between bus stops for 5 hours today due to an emergency. My husband walked to the grocery store to get a 10 dollar tip for this driver who went to the wrong store. He waited over 2 hours and the lazy driver didn't even call him! My husband was so upset and looked like he was going to collapse when he came up the hill. These people can't read an address, arrive on time, or call you. I am going to be up all night in pain thanks to these morons. Seven is the only great driver they have. They kept saying this driver would be there in 30 minutes, and she went to Pasadena and everywhere else instead! The least they could have done was offer a steep discount for the long wait.

Great experience through both delivery and pick up. Delivery was quick, good communication. Security at the location was friendly. Staff was informative and warm. Fast in/out, great prices. Would recommend.

I was informed about 2 things that were incorrect. Ended up purchasing something that I did not have an interest in and had nothing to do with the product I had discussed with the employee. They are cash only. Common. But they do not use change. Therefore you as the customer Will Pay the difference in a charge called, Round up to the dollar. My charge was twenty five cents. Now times that by 100 customers and they are making an extra $25.00 just because they don't want to use coin/change. There was one nice tall gentleman that was working. I will not return.
