Casey is awesome period. I called Absolutely Computers last Thursday because my computer had 5 viruses on it. Not only did he get all of the viruses off it only took him one day. I left my laptop charging adapter at home while on a work trip. Walmart didn’t sell what I needed so I took a chance & called Mr. Casey. While he doesn’t sell parts/accessories, he was so kind to look around to see if he had a spare. He did, called me back right away & told us our money was no good. This is the best customer service & kindness I have ever experienced. I live in a big city where everyone is rude, impatient & in a hurry. Kindness like this no longer exists. Thank you, Mr. Casey!

Casey is great. We ordered a laptop recommended by him and he took our old laptop/notebook and uploaded them to the new laptop. And, he got our new laptop all set up for us. I’ve call him a couple of times with questions and he was always quick to answer/call back and always courteous and helpful. I would recommend Casey anytime!!

Highly recommend Casey! I had computer issues on vacation. I googled "computer repair" in Pagosa Springs and fortunately called him. He was so courteous, returned calls promptly, knowledgeable and honest. After assessing my issues, he told me it would be more cost effective to replace my older computer than repair. He saved my info on a thumb drive for me to assure I did not lose anything. Once home, I ordered a computer he suggested. I called Casey and he remotely set up my new computer. He was great!
