Tekay & I met in facilitator training at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in July 2016. This was where we received our initial mediation training for the Air Force.

In summer 2017, we worked together again on another Air Force assignment. Tekay was tasked to lead a tough section with dynamic personalities (often conflicting) and some young leaders. She skillfully utilized her civilian & military experiences to develop a constructive work environment while expertly mentoring young leaders.

Tekay is caring and has a very welcoming and warm personality.
