I began seeking therapy about 3 months ago as I have severe anxiety and struggle with addiction problems. I stumbled upon Brightside counseling services, read a bit about one of their therapists Daleth, and decided to book an appointment. I have been seeing Daleth since the end of May 2024, it is now August 2024 and I could not be happier. Daleth is an incredible therapist. I find comfort knowing there are therapists out there like Daleth, that truly love what they do and genuinely care about each client that she sees. I’ve tried therapy many times, but this is the first time I look forward to therapy and wholeheartedly enjoy each session. We are making incredible progress, and having Daleth McCoy as my therapist is truly an honor.

After spending 1200 dollars for 4 months of service, I received no service from Brightside at all. Asked to refund me and was told they can't do that. Signed up for therapy to help alleviate my anxiety. All this did was increase my anxiety. So much for getting "help". They will "help" drain your bank account and provide no service at all.

My husband and I went to see Jessica for marriage counseling. We were at a point where it was making a choice, either making this work or divorcing. Jessica help us learn communication skills, understanding and we found passion for each other again.
I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with seeing her. I would absolutely recommend her to friends, family or anyone who would like to make a change in their relationship.
