In the end the personal growth or change a person is desiring has to be done by the person wanting the change. What Javier provides is a great, conflict-free, non-judgmental setting for a person to reflect upon what it is they wish to change and find a means of achieving those goals. Between his multi-cultural background, compassionate and patient approach to talking to people, and most importantly giving a person the sense they are truly being heard, he is well positioned to help a person feel they can make lasting changes in their lives.
