We recently purchased the property next door to install a metal building on in Yucca Valley. We heard about Bryan and his crew from a neighbor. Breez construction was highly recommended. Just by chance, we also learned he had worked with my Dad in the past. We contacted Bryan, and the next day he arrived on-site to view our property. He listened to our needs and gave great advice on how to proceed with our project. We knew by his like-minded attitude that he would be the one to help us make our dreams a reality! The entire process working with Bryan was a "breeze"! Completely open communication, accurate timelines, and simple to work with. It was easy to build trust with his entire team. The work was exceptional! We could not have been happier. If you have any concrete work to do, do yourself a favor and hire THE BEST= BREEZ CONSTRUCTION!

A few weeks ago we had concrete poured on our yard and honestly, I have no complaints about the service and quality of the work. I gave this company 5 star rating based on 3 things: Quality, Communication, & Reliability.

Quality: 5/5 From start to finish they put in a lot of care and detail into preparation and the pouring of the concrete.

Communication: 5/5 my BIGGEST issue since moving here was communication... We've been ghosted by a lot of contractors before the job was complete.. But with Bryan even after the job was done he still kept in touch with us which is a huge plus to me. He even helped us with parts of the job that were left by our other contractors.

Reliability: 5/5 We were given a timeline of when everything was to be completed and it got finished around that time.

Honestly, it was a pleasure to be able to meet and work with Bryan, Tim and Catfish. They go above and beyond for their clients and will love to work with them again.

The owner came out to do an estimate and was overtly aggressive and bizarely political for no discernable reason. I couldnt get him off my property fast enough.

We had Bryan (Breez Construction) come to completely grade and redo our entire property. He and his crew removed 20 plus years of gravel, etc and absolutely transformed our yard. Bryan is a master tractor operator! Quick efficient and professional. Thank you again!

The owner of Breez Construction, Bryan Blackwell, is unprofessional and has an immediate and unchecked temper. My 72 year old father was returning from a quick trip to the store to our rental property. Breez Construction had the entire street shut off and we had no way to get out or back into our residence. Upon leaving, the flagger assigned to the street closure (and to allow local access) indicated that he would move the barrier when my father returned.

Upon returning, the flagger was not at the station and my father moved a single barricade to access the street and our rental house. The owner immediately came out swearing and threatening to knock my father out for moving a single barrier despite prior guidance given by the flagger. Given there were children in the car, my father went to the house to drop off the kids and returned to get contact information for the owner. At that point, he was verbally abusive and threatening to knock out a 72-year old man. When I came out to defend my father and de-escalate the situation, he became verbally abusive and threatened to knock me out as well.

This issue could have been simply resolved with a professional conversation but his unhinged nature was startling and unbecoming of a professional contractor. The police were called, along with the city where he continued to yell at the city workers and act like a child.

I wouldn't recommend anyone use this contractor as he is incredibly unprofessional and a real jerk.

UPDATE - HIS RESPONSE IS ALSO A COMPLETE LIE. TRUE RED BLOOD A-HOLE. DONT MAKE ME POST THE POLICE REPORT. OH YA, DIDNT THE CITY MANAGER COME YELL AT YOU FOR YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM. 🙂
